QuadPixel Overview
The QuadPixel is a compact PCB with 4 individually addressable WS2812B-compatible RGB LEDs. It's designed for indicators, accent lighting, or daisy-chaining into larger arrays.
Key Features
- 4 LEDs per board, individually addressable
- WS2812B-compatible protocol
- Daisy-chainable — connect multiple boards via DOUT → DIN
- Compact form factor for tight spaces
- Full RobotechPixel library support
Quick Start
#include <RobotechPixel.h>
#define DATA_PIN 7
#define NUM_BOARDS 5 // 5 QuadPixel boards = 20 LEDs
RobotechPixel px(BOARD_QUADPIXEL, NUM_BOARDS, DATA_PIN);
void setup() {
px.begin();
px.setBrightness(150);
}
void loop() {
// Light each LED a different color
px.setLed(0, px.color(255, 0, 0)); // Red
px.setLed(1, px.color(0, 255, 0)); // Green
px.setLed(2, px.color(0, 0, 255)); // Blue
px.setLed(3, px.color(255, 255, 0)); // Yellow
px.show();
}Available Effects
